Problem

Payment processing firms have an army of sales people in the field, but tracking incoming deals before the final sale takes place is difficult. There’s no single way of processing MPAs (merchant processing applications) or tracking sale conversion rates, and processors are left holding the paperwork and bad deals.

Solution

Brevica created MPA Engine to directly address these issues and automate the application process online. MPA Engine aids merchant conversion with an intuitive online application complete with a built-in help system. Sales agents can take the app into the field via the iPad or send out forms online. The app automates the email and scheduling, and agents get real-time feedback, archiving, and in-app training tools. Admins can set permissions, issue new agent offices, and audit deals from an easy-to-use dashboard. Finally, deals are authenticated instantly through certified the world’s leading eSignature platform.
The technology was supported by a targeted marketing campaign focused on high-level executives in the payment processing industry, including display advertisements in industry publications and conferences.
